Review
I don’t know how she does it, but
once again Aurora Rose Reynolds has knocked it out of the park. This book is everything that I had hoped for it
to be and so much more. Chrissie and
Gaston suck you in right from the beginning and keep you turning the
pages! Chrissie is a workaholic who owns
her own bakery and is unapologetic in the fact that she just doesn’t have the
time to find a man. When she runs into
Gaston at his club, she was instantly attracted to him but never thought that
she would see him again. When he proves
her wrong by sending her flowers and showing up at her store, she couldn’t have
been more surprised.
Gaston knew there was something
special about Chrissie when he first laid eyes on her. Yes, she was beautiful, but it was so much
more than that. Her smile and the easy
way she laughed sucked him in and he had to get to know her. When he refuses to let her ignore him, his
reward is more than he ever thought possible.
I absolutely loved Chrissie and
Gaston. I loved how Gaston would do
whatever it took to claim her as his own and how he was adamant that she was
the one for him. I loved how he was not
afraid to show how he truly felt and didn’t keep anything from Chrissie. Chrissie deserved someone who would be there
for her no matter what and I loved that Gaston kept proving that he was the man
for the job.
I can’t say enough good things
about this book. Aurora did a great job
of creating a story that sucked you in and kept you wanting more. I loved the dynamics of the characters and
how they were truly made for each other.
I highly recommend this book and I can’t wait to see what she has in
store for us next!
