I have been anxiously waiting for Bea and Dylan's book since I finished Love Rekindled. The glimpses we got of their story just made me itch for more. I knew it was going to be good, I just had no idea it was going to be this good.
Dylan has been burned in the past, so the last thing he wants is a relationship. However, he is not sure why the friends with benefits type of relationship with Bea doesn't appeal to him. The more he is around her, the more he wants her. But he's not sure if he is ready for anything more.
Bea, wow. There are just no words to explain how I feel about her. She has had a horrible life and you can completely understand why she is so closed off. I wanted to jump into the book and be her friend. She needed someone who was willing to stand up for her and not shit on her. Insert Dylan here.
Dylan and Bea could not have been more perfect for each other. They provided the strength each other needed and made each other better. I love how Dylan protected Bea and always let her know how much he cared. Seriously, he is my new BBF!!
I devoured this book. I seriously could not get enough. Should I have been reading at work? No, but once I started this book, I COULD NOT STOP! I loved everything about it. The author did an outstanding job of writing a book that made you addicted to turning the pages. Great job Michelle! I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next!
