What a wonderful conclusion to the Scarred by Love Series!! I couldn't wait to read Tanner's story as he was the most arrogant man whore of the whole family. I knew his story was going to be good and when he fell, he was going to fall hard. And boy, I was not disappointed.
Tanner knew he had hurt any chance he had to be with Lily due to his *cough* loving ways. He realized too late, that his current attitude/way of life cost him the one thing he craved above anything else, Lily. He is not sure how he could win her love or if he even could, but when Lily is attacked he will stop at nothing to take care of her.
Lily has loved Tanner since she first met him; however, she knew she could never be what he needed. She has never been secure about who she was or how she looked, so how could she make a devastatingly handsome man like Tanner lover her? What she is about to find out is that Tanner will stop at nothing to prove what she means to him.
Will Tanner finally claim Lily as his once and for all? Will Lily find peace with herself and learn to overcome her past? When Tanner is put to the test, will his love for Lily ring true or will he be right back at square one?
Once I started this book, I couldn't put it down. I loved seeing Tanner grow up and realize there was more to life than what he had. I loved seeing how be treated Lily and showed her in so many ways how he could be the man for her. I loved watching Lily become a more confident woman and realize her self worth. They truly were the perfect match for each other.
I absolutely adore this series and I know you will too. I love seeing strong alpha men meet their match and do anything to claim their loves. C.A. Harms once again did a wonderful job and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!
