REVIEW

I have loved C.A. Harms and Evan Grace for years, so when I heard they were writing a book together, I knew it would be awesome.  Let me tell you, this book far exceeded my expectations.  Taryn and Merick are absolutely stunning and their story sucked me in right from the beginning.  

Taryn first met Merick when she was a young girl but she doesn't know it at first.  All she knows is that she fells a pull to Merick and she is not sure what to think about it.  Merick knows that Taryn is his future and the future of his family.  Their connection is HOT and I couldn't wait for Merick to make his move.  While I am not going to say much, I will say that the twist and turns of this book will keep you on the edge of your seat and turning the pages.  I can not recommend this book enough!  I can't wait to read more from this series as there are plenty of characters that I hope to get a book for.  

Great job authors!  You have definitely hit it out of the park with this one!

C.A. Harms is an avid romance and mystery reader. She's always had a love for books, getting lost in writing and storytelling even as a young girl. She enjoys happy endings and HEA love stories. 

She lives in Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She holds an addiction for Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha’s and KitKat when she should really be focusing on water and maybe a fruit or two to make herself feel less guilty, but that feeling quickly passes...thankfully. 

She is easy going, fun, and although she may seem like one of the quiet ones at first, you just wait until she gets to know you better...that quietness changes, fast.

A Midwesterner and self-proclaimed nerd, Evan has been an avid reader most of her life, but five years ago got bit by the writing bug, and it quickly became her addiction, passion and therapy. EXCERPT REVEAL:
I walk up the front steps to her small cabin and pause near the door. Leaning in, I listen quietly for any sounds on the other side. The sun has begun to set and the yellow-orange glow illuminates everything in its path. The reflection on the windows makes it hard to see inside but I know she is here, I can feel her. I can always feel her.

 Lifting my hand, I knock against the thick wooden door and then place my palm flat against it. I’ve never wanted to touch anything or anymore more than I want to touch Taryn. To feel the warmth of her skin, to taste her lips, I crave her to the point of possessiveness.

 “Taryn,” the sound of her name inflicts a desire in me that is hard to control. “Please,” my heart pounds, the heat of my body rises. “I would never hurt you, you have to believe me. I need you,” I rest my forehead to the door and close my eyes. “I’ve loved you from the first moment I saw you, and each day since I’ve been unable to stop myself from falling in love with you more.”

 I hear a shuffle on the other side of the door, so I pause, listening for a sign that she is there. Then I feel it, that closeness, the completion I’ve felt every single time she’s near, even if I can’t see her.
